Full Profitability Engagement - The Second Step

 

Should we mutually conclude that a Profitability Engagement is warranted (and we will not recommend an engagement if we are not convinced that we can generate a minimum of $4 return for every dollar of our client’s investment in the project) we will provide you with:

 

  1. Identification of the increase in profitability that the proposed project is committed to accomplish;

  2. Outline of the timelines and milestones by which the project will be measured and

  3. Clarification of the total project costs.

 

The project is broken up into consulting days. A project, depending upon its complexity may range from 20 to 52 days, usually carried out at 1 day per week.

 

There is no long term commitment.  We have to earn the right to come back each week.  Here is the cold, hard truth.  You will either see value in terms of implemented actions that will increase profitability or you will tell us not to come back and there will be no further obligation.

 

During the course of the engagement, the Profitability Partners team works as a member of your senior staff, developing and coordinating the implementation of required corrective actions including:

 

  1. Identifying key issues;

  2. Developing customized world-class solutions;

  3. Staff Development, assessment and training;

  4. Implementation of changes and

  5. On-site maintenance and review of all implemented programs to assure successful implementation and results.
