The TAP Analysis is a No-Risk three day in depth
evaluation that allows us to present significant findings and recommendations
which can dramatically improve our client’s perspective of “where they are” and
clarify the options that they have to improve their profitability and business
value. At the conclusion of the TAP Analysis we present our findings and
recommendations to our clients and they are under no obligation to further
retain us.. This is extraordinarily valuable information whether or not our
clients decide to retain us to implement the recommendations or decide to
implement them themselves. After we have presented our findings and
recommendations the client is only obligated to pay us a modest fee for the
Analysis if they are convinced that we have provided a value for them. In other
words, there is no risk. No Value- No Cost.
WHAT IS TAP?
The TAP Analysis is a written report, usually in the range of 60 pages or so,
that involves an in depth study of the following areas of the business:
Technology - Identifies issues or
constraints which are impediments to growth or opportunities for increased
profitability and growth.
Accountability - Identifies weaknesses or
lack of effective controls that restrict maximum utilization of company
resources and fail to clarify leakage of profits.
Profit Building - Identifies opportunities
for significant improvement in every aspect of the business proposition.
