
Full Profitability
Engagement - the second step
Should
we mutually conclude that a Profitability Engagement is warranted (we will
not commence an engagement if we are not convinced that we can generate a
minimum of $4 return for every dollar of project cost) we will provide you
with:

Identification of the increase in profitability that the
proposed project is committed to accomplish;

Outline of the timelines and
milestones by which the project will be measured and
-
clarification of
the total project costs.
The
Project is broken up into consulting days. A project, depending upon its
complexity may range from 20 to 52 weeks.. Included in the number of weeks
is the oversight time of the firm’s senior executives.
Even
after your approval of project commencement, there is a period of
ratification. The client will pay nothing until the end of the second
week of the project. If at that time, the client recognizes the value of
the project, he will pay the firm an agreed upon weekly amount and the
project will continue. If the client fails to recognize the value of the
project, he will pay the firm only a modest payment for our expenses and
there will be no further obligation.
During
the course of the engagement, the Profitability Partners team works as a
member of your senior staff, developing and coordinating the
implementation of required corrective actions including:

Identifying key issues;

Developing customized world-class solutions;
-
Staff
development, assessment and training;
- Implementation of changes and
-
On-site maintenance and review of all implemented programs to assure
successful implementation and results.
